Personal Wellbeing Programme

Courses for people wanting to increase their resilience, happiness and ability to make positive changes in their lives. Our core programme has three strands, each involving an eight week course:

Happiness Training Programme with Miriam Akhtar and Chris Johnstone starts on 24th September 2014

and the
Journey Approach to Change with Chris Johnstone starts on 7th May 2014.
